Candle & Page started with something simple for me: trying to stay consistent with my own writing.

I wasn’t struggling with ideas. I wasn’t lacking motivation. It was everything around writing—low energy days, missed streaks, life getting in the way.

And every time it happened, the hardest part wasn’t writing.

It was coming back.

I built Candle & Page for that exact moment—the return.

Not for perfect writing days. Not for hitting big milestones. But for the quiet decision to show up again, even if it’s just a few words.

Because I’ve been there. Still am.

This space exists for writers who care deeply about writing, but don’t always have the time, energy, or consistency they wish they did.

The ones who write tired. The ones who lose momentum. The ones who wonder if 100 words even count.

Candle & Page is built around one belief:

The name “Candle & Page” comes from that idea of a small, steady flame.

Some days it burns bright. Some days it barely flickers.

But as long as it’s still there, you haven’t lost it.

And you can always return to it.

Even though this started as something personal, it was never meant to stay that way.

I wanted this to feel like a shared space.
